Refund policy
If you choose to cancel a already payed ticket before departure, we will refund you with 95% of the amount if you contact us. The 5% charged is a fee charged by the credit-card integration on all payments. If we, Olsens Day at Sea is the reason for the cancellation then we refunds 100% of the amount you have payed us.This can be because of weather, technical problems, lack of crew and so on. We do not pay for other expenses you might have with other companies. If you fail to show up to your departure without contacting us first or documenting that efforts have been done to contact us before the time of departure, will we charge you 100%.
Re-scheduling a ticket is free of charge.
From where and how?
Day @ Sea's boat-trips departs from the jetty at Røst Bryggehotel. Contact us if you want us to pick you up at some other location.
Røst is an island in the middle of nowhere, south of the southern tip of Lofoten, straight west of the city Bodø, above the arctic circle in Northern Norway. You can get to us by plane from Bodø or Svolvær in Lofoten, operated by Wideroe, or by ferry from Bodø, Værøy or Moskenes in Lofoten operated by Torghattrn Nord. For the more adventurous, private plane or yacht is also an alternative.We don't recommend swimming.
