Safety onboard

Passengers and crew must wear a life-jacket while onboard the boat. Instructions on how to put on and use the life-jacket is shown below. In case of a emergency: Stay calm and wait for instructions from the crew.

There is a inflatable life-raft onboard if the ship have to be abandoned. Throw the life raft into the water and pull the line to inflate it. Please don't practice before there is a emergency or you are told by the crew.

Pyrotechnical equipment and radio-communication devices should preferably be operated by crew or trained personnel.

 

The boat is also equipped with a fire extinguisher, lifebuoy and first aid equipment.

 

All passengers must ensure that they bring sufficient suitable clothing for the boat-trip. Normally the temperature is experienced as 10 degrees Celsius lower out at sea than on land.
